As a result of the countless phone calls, personal visits, emails, and 2,200 postcards from every corner of Oregon, representing 87 communities and six prisons, the ODSVS fund was increased to $4.5 million for the ’07-’09 budget, almost double the amount from the ’05-’07 budget.
